Problems with the home page

Hello! I´m not getting applying changes in the home page! I´ve changed the colors, menus, fonts, added some plugins and I removed the icons (I won´t need of them). When I am logged in on my website all is the way I want, but when I logout, the home page appear without that changes! There are even plugins I´ve already deleted! It also occurs when I access the website in another computer. Any page is ok, except the homepage.
What can I do to fix it?

    The most common cause of seeing a different page version when logged in vs logged out, is caching. Please check if you’re running a caching plugin. If you are, try clearing it’s cache.
