    Hi, I Work Here

    Hey Andy

Sorry to hear about the hassle, I’m sure we can get this fixed.

There looks to be a problem with your child theme, it’s not correctly locating the parent theme’s stylesheet. Have you tried our vanilla child theme perhaps?

    Hey Andrew,

    Thanks! It did the trick.

But what was th problem? I installed Vantage theme then made the Premium upgrade and then installed my Child Vantage theme that I have on my main website. And everything was messed up.

Am I right that for EVERY new website I need NEW (fresh) Child theme?

    Regards

    Andy

    Hi, I Work Here

Really glad to hear we made progress here.

You could perhaps do a comparison between my child theme and yours to see what’s going on there.

If you created one child theme for Vantage that should work on any other Vantage site. But yes, the child theme calls the parent theme’s stylesheet by referencing the parent name, so you do need a child theme per theme.
