Hello all,

When i downloaded the vantage theme, and buy the premium code, i was install the home page.
But when the link says you need to download the siteorigin bundle.
I downloaded it and when i activate the plugin my website disappears. its blanco.
So i need to delete it from ftp to get the website back.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Stefan

That’s very strange. It’s possible that the Widgets Bundle plugin is conflicting with another one of your plugins.

But in the meantime, to get your site back to life, log into your server’s FTP. Then navigate to wp-content/plugins/ and delete the folder so-widgets-bundle. This will stop the Widgets Bundle plugin from being loaded.

    Hi greg

Yeah i dont know what the problem is, and i need the bundle plugin.
So you mean i need to deactivated the other plugins, and try to activate the bundle plugin to see if it works?

And if it not works, what can i do to fix this problem?

Oke, i have deactivated all plugins, and installed the bundle pack, its works now.
So i need to find out wich plugin makes the problems.

First step is fixed, thanks greg..!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Stefan

That’s right, if you suspect a plugin conflict you’d test with all other plugins de-activated. With the issue resolved you’d then re-activate your plugins one by one, after each activation you’d re-check the problem. When the problem re-occurs you’ll know which plugin is causing the conflict.

The problem that you’re seeing now. Have you tested with all plugins de-activated except for Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle?
