Hi there,

I have WordPress 4.7.1 and first I had Accesspress Parallax Pro version 2.07. I deleted this older theme and installed the new version 4.0.1.

But now I still have the same problem with editing text under Posts and Pages! I still get a blanco page when I wanted to edit text after upgrading the Accesspress Parallax Pro theme to v 4.0.1.

But I see the problem is the plugin Page Builder by SiteOrigin. When I deactivate this plugin I can edit text and save it but when I activate the plugin then I still see the old text. I need to use this plugin otherwise the website doesn’t work properly. I have already the latest version of Page Builder by Site Origin.

That’s the only problem which need to be fixed but I can’t find it. I looked already for hours. :-(

Can you look at it please?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Birgitta,

This sounds like Accesspress Parallax Pro is now incompatible with SiteOrigin Page Builder. This can happen via theme updates and sometimes it happens. We may or may not be able to fix this issue as typically, this sort of issue has to be fixed by the theme developers directly.

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look at your setup?

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for your reaction.

AccessPress Parrallax did find the problem. The problem was not WordPress, AccessPress Parrallax or SiteOrigin. They deactivated Google Analytics and then everything worked well again! That was the only problem! :-)

    Kind regards,

    Birgitta
