Problems installing baseline site pack

I have followed all instruction to install the baseline site pack with the Site Import but it is not working. It is stuck at 3/51: Installing siteorigin-north Theme.

I received the email that my site was ready and followed the link to log in but nothing is imported. There are no pages and certainly not templates to modify.

Please assist.

    I’m having the same problem. It hangs at 3/51. I’ve tried twice now. The first time I waited 30 minutes and it just hung there. I deleted the plug-in and uploaded it again. Still stuck at 3/51.

    I’m also trying to install the baseline site pack and it’s hanging at the same place as Terry’s.

    Okay… I am not the only one having difficulty installing a SitePack. I am trying to install the Highline Pak. Has anyone found out what’s going on?

    I sent an email to premium support. Reply says 9-5 M-F.
    I also tried reinstalling packs to a new WP database, I tried several and all get stuck on installing the North theme. I am going to try deleting and reinstalling database then using just another theme like Vantage.

    I Have the same problem with both highline and Beauty style themes both running on latest wordpress

    New WP install with just the themes, plugins, and Premium activated works. Packs do not work and seem to screw up the database? Too bad, I wanted to set up the site this weekend and the pack would have saved a lot of time. I am going to wait till I get a response from support. :)

    I have successfully installed the Packs before on sites but haven’t had any luck attempting on two different sites this week. I have deleted the databases and attempted installing and still not working. Guess we will have to wait until Monday. Crossing my fingers they can fix it.

    Hi Everyone! I’ve fixed up the issue we were having over the weekend. If you download a fresh copy of the Site Pack you were trying to use, the installation process should complete.
