I checked your dashboard and found that one of the installed plugins (SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle) is creating the issue.

I have deactivated the plugin and the CSS is disappeared.

    Images can be uploaded to Imgur.com or any public source like your WordPress Media Library or Dropbox. Please, share the link once the image has been uploaded.

    Plugin Conflict Test:

    When able, please, also try checking for a working baseline. Temporarily deactivate all plugins that aren’t authored by SiteOrigin. With only SiteOrigin plugins activated, does the issue persist?
