I used to have a bar with options to edit – now only this comes up. I have updated everything, I have tried disabling all plugins etc.

Please help!!

Can you please clarify what you see? If possible, can you please send me a screenshot of what you see? You’ll need to upload the screenshot to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.
