Problem with upgrading to Vantage Premium

I have purchased Vantage Premium about an hour ago, but cannot install it. I Have tried manual install as well, but the File I was sent was not in zip format. Just a folder containing 40 items or so.
Do I need to zip this myself ?

    Hi Alan….I have sorted it !! I located the downloaded file and Zipped it myself. Then uploaded it.
    Works fine.

    The ZIP issue usually occurs with Safari. Safari auto-unzips folders. In future, if needs be, you can disable this feature by following these steps:

    Glad to hear you were able to successfully manually upgrade. Please, head over to Appearance > Theme Settings > Premium and ensure your order number is inserted. Below is a private snippet. Your order number is:

    For anyone else reading, the easiest way to upgrade is by entering your order number at Appearance > Vantage Premium > Already Paid? top right and following the prompts thereafter.
