Problem with Title on every page

Hello,

On every page that i make i have a problem with my title. also on the homepage
i changed my backgroundcollor yellow, but in the top of the page there is still a white block. How can i remove that white block. Also the title is in that white block.

If you have the solution, than you make my day ;-)
