Problem with the new PageBuilder version

Hello, I’m rebuilding (I’m a beginner) my website , using WordPress (last version), Mantra Theme and Page Builder (2.4.10).
After to have installed Page Builder last version, all the page are on 1 column; means that before many pages, using Page Builder, where on 2 or 3 columns; now, only 1. In other words, when I try to edit the page, it appears in Text mode; if I try to chose “PageBuilder”, appears: “Do you want to copy everything in PageBuilder?” (means that it doesn’t recognize that the page was builded with it); if I say “Yes”, obtain the page in only one PageBuilder column/row. I can rewrite everything, but the questions are:
-may be this is because the last version of PageBuilder (or, may be, because last version of WordPress, or Mantra, or another Plugin)?
– can it happen also in the future, when the new website will be online?
Thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Stecco,

This typically happens when something is preventing the Page Builder code from working. The pages are still valid (just don’t save the page!). This isn’t really something we can control as it relies on third party plugins / themes not, well… interfering. :S

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
