I’ve a problem with the SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin. When I activate this plugin, the static homepage of my website disappears and it shows some testimonials and icons instead. I’ve noticed that the name/category of the Homepage also changes when I activate the plugin.
This plugin is also on another website of mine, with the same theme and wordpress version, and on that website I did not come across this problem. I’ve compared the setting of the plugin on both websites, and these do not differ. Do you have any idea how I can solve this problem?

Perhaps try going to SettingsReading after activating Page Builder. Are you able to resolve the assigned home page there?

I’d already tried that before, that didn’t work.
Eventually someone told me there might be metadata related to the plugin in my home page, so I copied the content to a new page. That did solve the problem.
