Problem with SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle

4 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 4 years ago

Hi, I am having a problem with SiteOrigin Widget Bundle. A week ago my website experienced a brief downtime of 20 minutes, consequently the SiteOrigin Widget Bundle application has been affected. I know it is this plugin because I have checked it from the WordPress diagnostic mode. The plugin works correctly on all the pages of my website except the home page. This page loads in a narrow format (similar to responsive) and the texts and images do not load well. When I try to edit the page, the pluggin does not load.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling SiteOrigin Widget Bundle, but the problem persists. What can I do to solve this problem?
I appreciate your help.

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

Please, try checking for a working baseline. Is the home page editable if you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for those authored by SiteOrigin?
