    Hi Bluefox,

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    hi, Alex, thanks for reply

the button was doubled like on picture in my first post, no idea by what reason, but after some manipulations (didnt note what that was) button became look like on this page:

    https://tradebonds.ru/activate-subscription
    or
    https://tradebonds.ru/confirmed

Any further experiments didnt make button look “right”.
How to control vertical and horizontal sizes of the button?

    Hi Bluefox,

You cannot directly control the vertical size of the button, but it seems there’s something else causing you issues here.

Would it be possible for you to send me an export for this widget? To do this open up the page with the widget and click layout. Then click import / export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.

    Hi Bluefox,

Oddly, I wasn’t able to replicate the spacing issue. I suspect a plugin may be adding this space. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue. Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If the above doesn’t help, you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

If the above doesn’t help, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

    Hi Bluefox,

I’m not actually sure what that plugin does. Could you clarify what it does? That way I’ll be able to suggest an alternative.

    Google translate:

Plugin WP Typograph Lite is designed to automatically format the text in accordance with the rules of Russian typography. It handles all the basic building blocks – headlines, text and pages of posts, comments. Formatting occurs when displaying the page, without modifying the original text posts.

It is advisable to use a plug-enabled caching WordPress.

    The main features:

Proper quotation marks ( “Christmas trees and nested” foot “,”).
Long dashes between words – without taking from the previous word.
    – Dash, – in the dialogues.
Interval dashes in the dates and periods (13 November-25).
    Less between 0-9.
    Dots – three points …
Removes a point at the end of the post title.
    The tags ,

and (and some others) does not change the text.
The tag automatically replaces <to & lt ;, corrects quotes on typing for proper copy-paste.
Replace HTML filtering feature (wpautop), corrects errors in visual editor to insert tags.
Formats are some special characters, such as ½, ©, ™ and others.
Makes links in comments clickable (with http and www), automatically reducing the anchor in the long links.

    Hi Bluefox,

Ah. Makes sense. The only alternative I found was Web Typography Standards, although that looks very inactive also (although, much, much more recently active than the other plugin). You might have better luck searching in Russian. Sorry mate. :(

using that plugin was normal for older versions of WP, 3.5 for example.
since i turned it off, i didnt really find any difference, but wasnt really looking for :)

hopefully new WP releases fixed that “punctuation” or whatever problem.
anyway, thanks for great support, i will try your suggestion as well.

    Thumb up. issue solved.
