Problem with site origin text editor

I use the site origin text editor for on my homepage. The last time I tried did not show the changes correctly, as shown in the picture below. I also use the advanced tinymce plugin. My site is posna.net (in front end all appears correct, i saw the problem in preview mode). Sorry for my English…

Thank you very much
Alexia

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Alexia,

To clarify, did you click Revert to Editor? Is this issue happening on all pages?

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

Hi Alex, thank you for your answer.

No, I did not use the “revert to editor” button. I also disabled all the plugins and activated again but the problem persists. Suddenly yesterday the problem was resolved (I can now make changes and additions with site origin text editor), but another problem appeared, it seems like the SO text editor ignores the advanced Tinymce ribbon. Exactly the same problem reported about ten days ago Visual editor problem rel=”noopener” target=”_blank”>another user

I use Sydney theme. I also deactivated and activated advanced tinymce, but there is the same problem as you can see in the image below…

    Thank you in advanced

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Alexia,

Great to hear the issue is no longer occurring. Let me know if this issue returns and we’ll pick this back up.

Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsTinyMCE Advanced and drag the Toggle Button to the first line of your Toolbar and then save. Please open up a SiteOrigin Editor widget and click the Toggle Button. How does that look?

You can remove the toggle button now – it’s no longer required.

Solved! Of course the first problem remains a mystery, but if it returns I will bother you again …

thank you very much for your help
