Hi, I got info from my friend about his website. He has a problem with boxes in frontpage. In WP in the main page i can see 1 row with 3 icon boxes. But when I open this page in browser these boxes are one above the other. I can’t understand, what is the problem with this. I’m not owner of this site and i didn’t create it, so I will not tell when the last updates of plugins or theme were.
Regards
Hi Bartnol,
Unfortunately, we’re not familiar with the Icon Slider you’re having issues with. I would reach out to the developers of that widget for assistance with that issue as they’ll be able to lend a hand.
Hi, thank you for answer. I tried add site origin widget (site Origin button) and problem there is too. I mean, one button above each other.
Hi Bartnol,
That’s strange. Can you please link me to the page where you tried using the SiteOrigin Button widget?
Hi,
Here it’s link to private page. SiteOrigin Button and default. The same problem.

Hi Bartnol,
Unfortunately, I’m unable to view the linked page without an account. Can you please temporarily publish the linked page so I can look at the page?
Are there any pending updates for any of our plugins? You can check this by navigating to WP AdminDashboardUpdates.
Hi,
Here is link: http://zsnr3.pl/test/
All plugins and theme are updated.
Hi Bartnol,
Thanks. The SiteOrigin Page Builder cells are missing some required CSS. Typically this happens when another plugin (or even your theme) is preventing our CSS from outputting.
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
Hi,
unlucky disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins didn’t help. I cleared cache of course.
I’ m going to change the theme to a different one, but I want to make sure that changing the theme to another will not change the settings in old theme?
Hi Bartnol,
Upon changing the theme, WordPress will temporarily disable the theme settings but it won’t remove them – unless the theme is intentionally designed to do that but that’s very rare.
Please do a backup. If something goes wrong you can restore the backup and it’ll be as if you never changed theme.
Hi,
changing theme on default, does fix the issue. Where should I find the problem?
Hi Bartnol,
Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Layout tab. Set Use Legacy Layout Engine to Always and then save.
Does that help?
Unfortunately not
Hi Bartnol,
Unfortunately, at this point, you’ll need to reach out to the developers of your theme for assistance with this issue. They’re doing something that prevents the output of our stylesheets and be able to point you in the right direction due to their familiarity with their theme.
