Hello. I bought and installed the WordPress theme Primrose. I was customizing it when there was a problem with the plugin Primrose: SiteOrigin Widgets. WordPress sent me an email for a critical problem with this Widget. And I can no longer work on the site. I have the latest version of WOrdPress and Woocommerce. What should I do?

It sounds like the plugin is authored by the theme authors. If so, it’ll be best to get in touch with them. If you enable debugging you’ll be able to find out the full error and send that with your report. Here is how Page: Debugging in WordPress. We can assist with errors within our own plugins but errors in plugins authored by third-party developers will unfortunately need to be addressed by the developer.
