Problem with Page Builder Siteorigin

Hi, I have last version of page builder siteorigin and it’s in active, but when I log in the pages and want to use it nothing shown in top, It’s was working before, I read all thread before that near from my problem and do all solutions like deactivate the another plugins but nothing happen still not working.

Please I need your support.

    Hi Fadi

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Head over to Settings > Page Builder and ensure that posts and pages are enabled as post types.

    If the Page Builder tab is appearing collapsed under the regular WordPress editor field then you have a plugin conflict. Test with all plugins de-activated except Page Builder.

    Thanks for your quick response, actually I checked and it’s OK, also I deactivated all plugins but still the same problem not solve.

    Thanks for reporting back. The last two checks to try are:

    1. Dashboard > Updates. If there are any pending updates, run them.
    2. Switch to a default theme, either Twenty Fourteen or Twenty Fifteen and re-test.

    Do step 2 with all plugins de-activated except for Page Builder.

    Sorry to say that, but still the problem not solved, I did all steps you mentioned above but nothing happen.

    Hi Fadi

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

    Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

    Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    Can you perhaps explain the challenge again. If I go to Pages > Home, the Page Builder tab is present next to Visual and Text as expected.

    Thanks for explaining.

    The way this theme works is it assigns a page for each section. For example, the first section image, text then four Features widget, that’s controlled by this page:

    For further help with the ins and outs of this setup, you could consider reaching out to theme support for this theme. Hope that helps get you started.

    I’m not seeing what the problem is though. Are you not able to make edits on this page for example?

    When I was logged in I saw a normal Page Builder layout there. That layout is then being used for first section of your site.
