Problem with Page Builder Siteorigin

Hi, I have last version of page builder siteorigin and it’s in active, but when I log in the pages and want to use it nothing shown in top, It’s was working before, I read all thread before that near from my problem and do all solutions like deactivate the another plugins but nothing happen…
