7 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 7 years ago

Hello, my name is Nuno From Portugal.
I have a website in Worpress that I create. I use Layout Page Builder, and I started to have problems everytime I go to Widget.
I cant edit the content, and a page layout box is covering the top with several coded messages below.
I attach the image in the next link:

I already deactivate each site origin plugin and also WPML plugin to find the problem.
I cant solve it, can you please help me?

My WordPress version is 4.9.6

Black Studio TinyMCE Widget
Version 2.6.2

Page Builder by SiteOrigin
Version 2.4.6 | By SiteOrigin | View details -> I downgrade, because I thought maybe it was incompatible with wordpress version.

SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
Version 1.11.8

WPML Multilingual CMS
Version 4.0.3

WPML Widgets
Version 1.0.6

Thank you very much

Nuno Nascimento

    Hi Nuno,

Unfortunately, that appears as though something inside of the Layout Builder has completely broken the Layout Builder. I’m unsure what or even how.

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

    Hi Nunonascimento,

I see you’re using a really old version of SiteOrigin Page Builder, 2.4.6. For reference, the latest version is 2.6.6. Can you please create a backup of your website and then update SiteOrigin Page Builder to see if that helps?

    Hello Alex,
I updated the SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin.
I went to Appearance -> widget and the problem remains.
    Thank you
    Nuno

    Hi Nunonascimento,

Thanks. I’ve run some tests and unfortunately, it appears as though something you’ve added to the Layout Builder as broken it in the editor. unfortunately, this isn’t something we can directly fix so your only real option is to recreate this layout builder. I’m sorry mate! :(
