Problem with Facebook Plugin

Hi,
I instaled of this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-facebook-likebox/ on my web site.
And when I use of this widget on page theme: Vantage Premium (version: 2.4.2) so widget don’t work.

Have you any solution of this failure?

    I have no issues using the shortcode / widget. Could you list the steps you take to add the widget to the page?
