Problem with Amazon Associates Link Builder plugin

I am currently creating a website via wordpress in which I associate destinations with cultural works or travel guides using the Amazon Associates Link Builder plugin.

My problem is in the Avia formatting tool in the Enfold wordpress theme. When I insert an Amazon link in a block of text: sometimes the thumbnail loads immediately, sometimes I have to do it several times for the changes to take effect.

Another problem when loading pages on the internet. If I choose a country, not all thumbnails are displayed. On the other hand if I refresh the page, they will all be visible quite normal. I want to point out that the problem has occurred on several different computers and that it is not necessarily the same thumbnails that are missing each time.
It should also be pointed out that when I preview my modified worpress page, everything is impeccable.
