Problem upgrading to Vantage Premium

Hello,
I just bought the premium version for my vantage theme and I can’t download it …

On the wordpress admin it says :

“There was a problem contacting our validation servers. Please try again later, or upgrade manually using the ZIP file we sent you.”

And when I try to download the zip file the link is broken …

What should I do ?

    Hi Lucas

    There was a temporary issue with our order servers about an hour ago. Are you still getting this issue now? Can you give it another try in about 15 minutes? Very sorry about the inconvenience. Hopefully our servers will all be back to normal soon.

    Now when I try to resend the confirmation email I get :

    We couldn’t find any orders for 9UN51386876XXXXXX. Please email [email protected] for help.
