Hello,

I try to install the plugin “Page Builder” but i’m getting the message: “the destination folder already exists”

Could you please tell me, how can I fix this issue?

    Hi Alicia,

    Unfortunately, this is a sign of a failed WordPress plugin install. To resolve this issue you’re going to have to FTP into your website and navigate to your WordPress directory, then wp-content/plugins. Then delete the siteorigin-panels directory.

    If you need help with this, I would recommend contacting your hosting provider for assistance.
