Hi
i installed the plugin “Restaurant Reservations” and put reservation Form, which is a widget, in one of my pages with page builder.
The reservation form was displayed until yesterday. I think the update from page builder stops it working.
Could you give me a hint, what i have to try for see, where the problem come from?

Hi Steve,
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

thank’s for your reply. I disabled every plugin except of course “Restaurant Reservations”. This because this is the plugin not working since the Page Builder Update.
But the content of the widget is still not show.

then scroll down until “Aus unserer Speisekarte” and you see on the right side “Reservieren”.
I did a workaround here and set a link to another Page. Because on a not Page Builder Page, the content of the widget show without any problem. But below the link “Reservieren Sie jetzt Ihren Tisch” i put the Shortcode “[booking-form]” which should show the Content of the Plugin.

hmmmm… i went to our Beta Site URL and saw, that everything works fine. The only different to the current Installation was, that we installed the YOAST SEO Plugin (https://srd.wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/).
I disabled it on the current Installation again and… everything works. I think i ran in some caching problems when i disabled it last time and nothing happened.
Sorry for that. Maybe this its good to know for you, that my problem come from the YOAST Plugin. But i think i have to talk with the guys from the Restaurant Reservations Plugin and the YOAST Plugin. I think, Page Builder is not the problem here.

Hi Steve,
I’m not aware of any serious issues with Yoast and the new update so I suspect those two plugins are conflicting as a result of each other. Sorry mate. :(
