Hi! Excuse me for my English. Using Vantage Premium, there is a need to change the values in the table a price, and there is always an error

“This widget has scripts and styles that need to be loaded before you can use it. Please save and reload your current page.

You will only need to do this once.”

    Hi Vyacheslav

Sorry to hear about the hassle. Please could you try troubleshooting for us:

Before starting run all pending updates at Dashboard > Updates.

    1. Temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins. This needs to be done at once.
    2. Test the problem.
    3. If the problem is resolved re-activate your plugins one by one, after each activation check the widget.
    4. When the problem re-occurs you’ll know which plugin is causing the problem.

I’ve done everything. The problem was not solved. In the Control Panel (wp-admin/themes.php?page=so_panels_home_page) this widget called “the missing widget”.

    Hi Vyacheslav

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    Thanks.

Clicking Save, nothing else, at Pages > Home seems to have negatively impacted the Price Table widget. Sincere apologies. Please go to Pages > Home and check the revision list. If suitable, please restore your last version from March. Hopefully that has the data we need to recover.

Jumping back in now. How many columns did your price table have before? I just want to make sure we didn’t somehow lose data in the save.

In the last few months, in addition to posts did not edited. Edited widgets, but not this one. Widget price did not change probably half a year

No backups and saves the base we have.

    Hi Vyacheslav

Thanks for the long wait and apologies for the hassle.

We have a few ideas we’d like you to try please:

    1. Please try creating a new Price Table widget on a new test page. Does the editing problem persist in the new widget?
    2. If the problem persists in 1, please, try deleting and re-installing the Widgets Bundle plugin. Data will be safe.

Let us know how that goes.

    Thanks
