premium upgrade – blank page

Hello,
i started with new web project where i can use your premium theme. But, after click to premimum button in wp im redirected to /wp-admin/themes.php?page=premium_upgrade page but this page is blank. There is only small text with wp version and “thank you…” but no info how to upgrade, pay etc.

Where is the problem? I have lastest wp and your theme instaled..

    Hi Gavarilo,

    This typically happens due to a plugin conflict. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
