Premium code – new domain

Hi guys,
I bough the premium version and have activated it on my old domain. Now I have a new domain on my own root server so I would like to move the site incl. the template to the new domain – but the code has been not accepted, there is no reaction if I click save. What can I do?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Bartek

Thanks for reaching out. This domain is running premium already: http://www.dein-computer-helfer.de/. So all you’d need to do is insert your order number at Appearance > Theme Settings > Premium to enable updates.

    Hi,
I think you misunderstood me. I have already used the code on my Old Domain: http://www.dein-computer-helfer.de and now I want to use the premium template on my new domain http://www.pcdoktor-online.de. The problem is, that if I enter the code on the new domain, it is not working. As mentioned, my target is to move the old site to the new domain. Should I firstly deactivate the old domain? Thx in advance.

    Hi Bartek

When you say the new code isn’t working. Can you perhaps explain what happens?

Well, I have only one code. Is the code hard connected to one domain where you activated the template for the first time?

    Hi, I Work Here

It’s not connected to any one domain, we just ask that you use it on one production website at any one time.

Sure it’s also my target. I will of course deactivate the old one, but firstly I want to move the old website to the new domain. Ok I Will test it again today.

So I tried to update the theme manually, it has worked for me! Thanks anyway for the support!
