    Hi,

    I have purchased a site origin premium license, but Ive lost the code you sent me, which is why I contacted you through your forum, so could you please check your records and re-send me the code you originally sent me please?

    Hi Dominic,

    Very sorry for the delay – this somehow didn’t get flagged by our system, very sorry about that!

    You can recover your code by filling this form out with the email you used to purchase premium or by sending an email to premium support (please refer to your Dashboard for contact information).

    Also, if you have SiteOrigin Premium (rather than Vantage Premium – separate products), you should also be able to find your license information via Dashboard dashboard.
