Hi!

I’m trying to test a site with a free domain space distributor, but I’m running into a problem they said is about “Outgoing connections are disabled for accounts with the free hosting plan” So is there a way to load in your templates when normal ways are unapplicable?

Thanks!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Juha,

Is there any information as to what connections it’s detecting? Or rather, when specifically does this error message occur?
There are a few instances where SiteOrigin Page Builder will communicate with SiteOrigin.com (Page Builder news on the dashboard and the layouts directory) but they should fail gracefully and not result in any major issues.

Can you please provide me with a screenshot of when this error occurs? Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload the screenshot to a third party hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.
