Prebuilt page layouts not working

I have North and Site Origins widgets installed. I can’t seem to load the pre built layouts when editing a page anymore.

I disabled all my plugins and cleared my cache but that hasn’t helped.

I get this JScript error:

    Hi Emma,

    Please disable CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS and then please send me an updated version of the console. This will require editing wp-config.php so if you need help with doing this I would recommend getting in contact with your hosting provider.
