Pre-built Layouts Not Responsive?

Hi guys, I am very new to all of this – bear with me!

So Im using the Zerif Lite Theme, and right away inserted some prebuilt layouts. Looks great! The only issue is that on my mobile device, the layout is very messed up.

The Home page is fine – some how. Everything has rearranged according to the screen size.

The “What we do” page is completely off. I can edit the desktop layout with “Yellow Pencil”, No problem. But it doesnt automatically resize in a Tablet/Mobile phone dimension.

How would I get it to become responsive? OR what can I do to fix this issue – I am very lost here. Thanks!

    I’ve taken a look at your What we Do page and I can’t seem to see any major issues. Could you please elaborate on some of the issues you’re facing? Also, could you please clarify what Yellow Pencil is?
