Pre Built Layout Doesn’t return any Results

I have site hosted at Hostgator.in & I am using Site Origin Page Builder to create front page of a website. I have used prebuilt layouts in past , however with this site i am unable find any. Layout directory OR Clone page/post doesn’t return any results. I am using google chrome.

1) I have tried deactivating all plugins & keeping only page builder Active. Dint work
2) I have checked the console, there is no javascript errors
3) I have checked the network, there is no drop

Is there any place where you guys have kept the templates , i can download the required and upload them to my site.
Request you to please provide a solution or a workaround to this.

    Hi Niket,

    Thank you for the report. I’ve logged this as a bug as I’ve been able to replicate this issue on a user’s install. Oddly, this isn’t happening for everyone.

    Unfortunately, there’s no way to directly download the layouts at this time – I’m very sorry about this!
