Pre-Build staggered is not the same

Hi, I tried the pre-defined staggered template, but there is a big gap between every row. Like on the demo each row of sliders shows no space.

How can we fix this?

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
