Posts are not displayed in desktop version but on mobile devices

Hi,

I am using the Vantage Premium Theme for quite a time and feel quite comfortable with it. But after one of the latest WordPress updates it stops showing the posts on my “news” page – but only for the desktop version. Posts are displayed perfectly well on any mobile device. The generated “news” page with the posts on it will just not load when clicked. Basically, nothing appears on the screen, not even a blank white screen. There is just the correct URL in url line shown.

What can I do? Thank you very much!

    Hi Jan,

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If that doesn’t help, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
