Postloop Picture and Hight reduction of Vantage Headline

I have to questions:

Question 1: Reducing the hight of the grey bar
I use the Vantage Headline and Text”applet” and i want to reduce the hight of this. When u visit the page: http://dynamiteducks.apps-1and1.net/ the grey surrounding of Dynamite Ducks and the text there is really big. I want to reduce that but have no clue how to realise that.

Question 2: Post loop Picture
I want to have a picture for the Post Loop but I don´t find a option where i can add a picture.

    1. Try inserting the following under Appearance > Custom CSS and editing the values there as required:

    /* Vantage Headline Widget */
.widget_headline-widget h1 {
padding-top: 20px;
margin: 0;
font-size: 26px;
line-height: 36px;
text-transform: uppercase;
color: #444444;
letter-spacing: 1px;
}
.widget_headline-widget h3 {
padding-bottom: 20px;
margin: 0;
font-size: 14px;
color: #666666;
font-weight: 200;
}

    Hey,

    thank you for your help. Question 2 is solved :-D

    question 1: I tried different things:

    No1: copy paste the code into Appearance > Custom CSS and editing the values (Padding Top; 200 px;
    No Change
    Padding Top 0px: no change

    No2: Copy paste only .widge_headlinewidget h1 “Code
    No bchanges

    In my opinion i do something wrong :-/
