Post loop widget not saving taxonomy parameters

8 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 8 years ago

I tried to filter out the posts by including a taxonomy for a category in the format: category:testimonials

I clicked “Done” followed by “Save Home Page”. Then when I went back in, the parameter was blank again as if I never entered it in the first place. Please advise.

    Hi David,

Unfortunately, this appears to be an issue related to the recent post loop update. We’ll get this fixed in the next update. In the meantime, you’ll need to roll back to the previous version of SiteOrigin Page Builder and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle to specify a specific post type. The easiest way to do this is to use WP Rollback. Once installed please navigate to WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins and find Page Builder by SiteOrigin and click rollback. Restore to 2.5.3. Then please navigate back to the installed plugins list and find SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle and click rollback. Restore to 1.8.6.
