Post loop settings do not stick

Hello there

I am trying to get the hang of post loop settings, from “Post in to “Sticky” do not seem to work.

Furthermore the settings don’t seem to stick e.g. Taxonomies.

I am able to use different templates and use the Additional field.

I am running Page Builder in a live multisite setting and was wondering whether I should let my users loose with the tools (and purchase a developer licence, of course).
