Post Loop a certain part in custom template

Hello! I am creating custom post loop template in combination with acf.

The first template is a faq section and it works as I want it to. It is very simple.
The idea behind it is that each div has two fields of text and shown in an accordion list.

I am trying to create another loop that I can’t seem to get to work.
The idea behind it is to create a testimonial section and create a carousel with a slide that has text and images. I would like to use the acf fields for this. so I need it to loop the posts from a certain part of the template.

I have another section similar to this. And what I have tried is,
I have looked at how vantage did it with their loops which is to put the have_posts loop around the divs and I have but the section disappears and it is not working. My current code is this

Do you guys have some simple examples of this? Thank you!
