Post Carousel not sorting

When I am logged in to our site as admin, Post Carousel sorts between categories as I have it set up to do. When I am logged out and in public view, however, it is not sorting. I am having this same issue with the WordPress option Blog List, as well. Wondering if there’s something I don’t have set up correctly? Theme: Vantage; Website Link

    Hi Garretson Gazette

    This sounds like you have server-side caching through plugins like W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, etc. If you have any of these caching/performance plugins installed, try clearing their cache and see if that helps.

    It might also be browser cache. Try clearing your browser cache, and then refreshing the page to see if that helps.

    I cleared the cache on the browser, however this issue was occurring no matter what computer I was on. I do not have any of those caching plug ins. It’s still doing this.
