Positioning text over image

Hi,

I’d like to place text over an image, but I can’t quite figure out how to do it. I’ve tried to use both a Site Origin text editor and image widget. When I use a background image, it is trimmed so that it is only as high as the text (which is just one line).

Image size is 1280 x 570. I want to position an H1 graf over it. How do I do that?

    Hi Andy,

That’s working as intended. Rows are dictated by the size of the contents of the row rather than the background image. Consider using the SiteOrigin Hero widget. Can’t see this widget? Please navigate to WP AdminPluginsSiteOrigin Widgets and activate the Hero Image widget.
