Hello Dear,
I’m looking to have a portfolio page with either a sub navigation per categories or with a filter on main portfolio page. I don’t know how to code this so I use the page Buider.
Every tutos i look say the template should be changed to “portfolio” type of page. The Vantage pro i use do not habe this type.
can you help ?

    Hi Webbie

    One method to do this with Page Builder would be to create a portfolio post category. Add a post per project to that category, then on your portfolio page add a Post Loop widget with perhaps the Grid template selected. The last setting in the Post Loop widget is Additional, you can enter an argument like:

    cat=x

    Where x is the category ID you want to filter.

    Hello Andrew,

    Thanks for your help; FYI, it did work with single-page & blog loop template;
    But i did not figure out how to make it work with grid or slider.

    For sure.

    Adding an argument like cat=x, where x is the category ID to filter should work regardless of the template used in the Post Loop widget. So it should work for the grid or carousel templates – as long as you’re using the Post Loop widget.

    I put cat=corpo,festivals,expos which are the identifiants of my portfolio categories.

    i have 2 pbs here :

    1/ the images don’t display on 2 colums (could it be because they ar etoo wide 620px) ?
    2/ the sub-menus i put with the same category under my portfolio page do not show the portfolios

    any clue ?
