    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Briiiiiice,

Try regenerating your permalinks by navigating to WP AdminSettingsPermalinks and saving the page.

If that doesn’t help, please ensure you have the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder installed. If you do, try navigating to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and opening the General tab. Set the Sidebar Emulator to the opposite of what it is (if it’s ticked, untick it and vice versa).

If that doesn’t help, revert the setting. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hi Alex,
Thx for your tips to find out. I solved the problem by untick the sidebar emulator. Does it ok like this? What does the sidebar emulator for?
    Thx for your explanations.

      Hi, I Work Here

      Hi Made,

It makes the widget itself think it’s being added from the sidebar. It’s tends to improve compatibility but sometimes it can cause issues (like in this instance). If it causes you issues, it’s safe to disable it.
