PNG images do not appear when inserted within the ‘editor’ widget

Hi Guys, I have a problem that I just can’t seem to solve. I usually like to insert images in PNG24 format inside the widget editor to overlay them on a very customisable background, but with this latest site I can’t display them. It lets me create everything and in working mode there are no problems, they are visible even if not perfect, but then opening it from another browser or simply loading the page as a normal user they are no longer visible …
The theme I’m using is AdAstra, SITEGROUND hosting, latest update of both wordpress and site Origin.
How can I solve this in your opinion? I need the PNG24 because they are all images with transparencies and shadows (I don’t want to add shadows with css on .gifs).
