    Hi Honza

    Thanks for reaching out.

Try to find a working baseline by temporarily deactivating all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. In that state, does the issue resolve?

    Hi Andrew,

thank you for you answer. I tried to deactivate all plugins, but unfortunately there is still the same problem.. :-( Do you have any other idea to fix it?

    Thank you very much.

Thanks, please, extend the test by temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and also switching to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen. Does the issue resolve in that state?

I tested deactivate plugins and switch it to a default theme, but nothing happens. The same problem..

    Thanks for your helping.

When the issue occurs in the WordPress administration area, you can try checking for JavaScript errors in the browser console. https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis

    It wrote me this:

    Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for http://irelaxstudio.eu/wp-includes/js/tinymce/skins/lightgray/skin.min.css.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

    Is it helpful for us?

    Thanks!!!

    Hi Honza

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    Private Snippet

Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and Private Snippet for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

There is most likely a geo-restriction in place.

  17. Honza Kučera 5 years, 8 months ago

Oh no. :-( Is there some other possibility to find the problem?

What do you recommends? Call to provider and delete geo restrictions?

  18. Andrew Misplon Staff 5 years, 8 months ago

Thanks. I can log in now. Is the issue resolved? The home page is loading normally in the admin.

Yes! You´re right. I tried it in Firefox and Edge and it works now. I´m sorry, there is some problem in my Chrome. Thank you very much for your time.

You was very helpful. Kind regards, Honza

No problem. Glad to hear you’re making progress. I’m using Chrome so perhaps try clearing your browser cache. If that doesn’t help, perhaps try disabling your browser extensions to see if that helps.
