Plugin Page Builder dons´t work

I installed the Sydney theme, installed the Plugin Page Builder. But it does not work. I uninstalled and now can not install again.

    Hi Rodrigo,

    It sounds like SiteOrigin Page Builder wasn’t installed correctly by WordPress. Sadly this can sometimes happen with plugins /themes and when it does you need to manually remove the directory that was added during the process. To do this you’ll need to use FTP. if you’re unfamiliar with FTP I would recommend getting in contact with your hosting provider for assistance,

    Please connect to your website and navigate to your WordPress directory. Go to wp-content/plugins/ and delete siteorigin-panels. Please open your website and navigate to WP AdminPluginsAdd New. Search for and install Page Builder by SiteOrigin.
