Plugin layout has disappeared from visual editor

Hi there

I’ve just updated WordPress to the latest version and it might have broken the page builder plugin. I don’t see the plugin row layouts anymore in the visual editor, all I see is the shortcodes when I edit existing pages. See below:

The site still displays correctly when viewed however.

I tried creating a new page and am able to see the “Add SiteOrigin Layout Block” but when I click on it, it says “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed”

I am using the Bento Theme from Satori Studio.

Hope to get some help with this.

    Hi Adrian,

    Are you using the latest versions of SiteOrigin Page Builder (2.10.2) and SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle (1.15.3)? If not, please update to the latest versions to see if that helps.

    If you are, or updating didn’t help, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
