Plugin conflict?

By Onsyzygy, 6 years ago. Last reply by Alex S, 6 years ago.

Dear Site Origin support,

I have installed the qtranslate plugin in my WordPress site, but there should be a widget in the home page to allow me to change the languages. The widget is not displayed at all and I believe it is a theme issue.

My blog: http://www.onsyzygy.com/blog/
My theme: Origami Premium, Version: 2.6.1 (the latest version is crashing my site so bad it is not even visualized).

Thank you in advance for your answer and, if you need more info, please let me know!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Onsyzygy,

Does this issue occur if you temporarily change theme? If it does, something else is causing this issue. I would recommend running a general plugin conflict to see if that helps.

If it doesn’t persist, can you please send me the contents of your console when editing the page? Could you please send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.

Regardless, if you’re using SiteORigin Page Builder, we don’t actually recommend using this plugin. Instead we recommend using either Polylang (free) or WPML (paid).
