Please help me, I can not login to my account

Dear Site Origin,

I can not login to my account. Because I`m losing my username, I have purchased Site Origin premium, This is my Private Snippet, Plase help me cheek it and give me the username.

    By account do you mean on your website or on SiteOrigin.com? Regardless, you should be able to log in by using your email instead. If you can’t, you should be able to reset your password by clicking the Forgotten Password link and inputting your email. It’ll email you a reset link and your username, you don’t need to reset the password so I would recommend try logging in with the password and username combination.

    By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Page: Dashboard (please refer to the support tab). Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.

    I can not login to Site Origin Dashboard, I have purchased ready, but for the username and and email i can not recovery, my computer is error and i have profile ID: I-TAWE99DB06SL please you see and resolve for me, and thank you.

    Thanks for your support. The order association is based on the email address used. I’m not sure that works with an account like this that is based on an integrated account (Google, Facebook, Twitter). The easiest fix would be to signup for a new account using the email address you used during the purchase. You can do so here:

    https://siteorigin.com/wp-login.php?action=register

    Enter a Username and an Email address and then click Register.
