I am having trouble putting an image right at the top of the page right next to the menu. I can do it only when the page title is hidden.

Is there a formula to calculate the size of the image To fit into the spot?

Unfortunately, we’re not very familiar with the theme you’re using so I’m not really able to help all that much. Your best bet would be to get in contact with your theme developers for support. Sorry mate. :(
To clarify, are you referring to the menu at the top of the page (next to the blog link) or the sidebar menu on the page? if it’s the latter, could you please link me to an updated working page as the page you linked to doesn’t seem to exist anymore.
