Pink lines above and below row?

I have pink lines appearing above and below a row along with the word Edit in the upper left hand corner of the row. I have the hero widget active within that row…i have not come across this before? is there a solution for this?

    Hi Brodie,

    I suspect your theme is adding these lines. Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at your setup?
